The Executioner who held the Execution Grounds during the Peasant Riot, and executed countless innocent farmers at the command of Duke Ashton. Eventually, he was murdered for his actions. Due to the crimes he committed when alive, he was cursed never to rest in peace, and endlessly wanders in the Execution Grounds.

If the person who made the greatest contribution is 3 or more levels higher than the raid monster, then the item/adena rewards will decrease. If the difference is 9 or more levels, the monster will drop nothing at all.
